How do I shop on the website?
On any of the products you like, select the quantity required in the quantity field, then add the same to shopping cart. A message will appear on the screen informing you the product has been adding to your shopping cart, you may ignore if you want to add more products to the same shopping cart. On the top right hand corner of the screen is your shopping cart, once you decide to check out, click on the shopping cart icon, and select check out. Fill up the details, choose a payment option and wait for some “juju” to happen whereby the product is transferred from your computer/mobile screen into your hands in a few hours.
How do you work? can we see all this items in your shop? physically?
Yes, kindly give us a call to confirm if the item is in our inventory at Pavan Computers, Garden City location.
I want to purchase multiple quantities of a product but your website does not specify how many units you have in stock?
We have the quantities set up in the back end, you can add as many quantities as you want, at the time of check out, you will be notified the available quantity you are allowed to purchase for each product.
The website does not display properly on my mobile/tablet

Yes, absolutely possible, you could call us and confirm if the item is available in our inventory as well.

Not necessarily, the advantage of signing up for an account with us is that you will not need to enter your delivery address details the next time you shop with us.

FAQ Product Related Queries
Are your products original? where are they made?
Yes, all our products are original, hence we have warranty on all of them, they are made in different countries but for the East African Region and as per East African Specifications, meaning you should receive warranty support in Tanzania and Kenya as well at the respective service centers.
I got the product I wanted on the website sometime back but cant seem to locate it now?
Try the search bar on the top of the home page, if you still cant find it then we most probably run out of stock for the same.
I like a printer on your website, what ink cartridge does it use?
You should find the ink in related products at the bottom of the product listing, if not, send us an email on [email protected] and we will help you out.
Are we going to receive the same product color we see on your website?
Colour integration is work in progress, at the moment we will get in touch with you only for colour of the phones we are dispatching most of the other products, like printers and routers, the colour you see in the image is the colour you will get.
I have seen a product in the picture, Will I receive the same product?
Yes, however do not ignore the specifications tab, read through the specfications we are offering in detail for each product.
FAQ Payments and Charges
What are your payment charges?
There is a flat fee of 4.5% weather paying by International/ Local Debit/Credit cards or Mobile money.
What are your delivery charges?
At the time of launch of this website, delivery around Kampala is free, for up country deliveries the rates are on this link.
What about taxes?
All taxes are inclusive on the price indicated on the website.

FAQ Shipping & Returns
Do you ship at our door step?
Yes, our express delivery is at your doorstep, any where across Uganda.
What are your shipping rates across Uganda?
The website check out is designed automatically to display the shipping charges at check out. The shipping charge is calculated up-to your door step across any region in Kampala.
What if the product I order does not meet my expectations, can I return it?
As long as the product is working and there is no manufacturing defect, we will not be accepting returns for the same, if there is a manufacturing defect then we will definitely accept the return and either exchange or refund you the same if reported in 3 days after receiving the product.
I received a damaged item in my order, what should I do?
We recommend you check the items received while the courier person is still there, do not sign on the goods received note until you have verified that the item ordered matches with the description, do verify the serial numbers on delivery note and product match as well before accepting delivery of the items.
I need to return a product because I dont like it, can I return it?
No, we cannot accept returns in this case.
I need to return a product that does not perform as per specifications mentioned by you on this website.
Inform us within 3 days to be eligible for an exchange or a refund, you will need to return with its original packaging, send us an email on [email protected] and we will arrange a pick-up from your location.
I need to return a product for a warranty repair, how should I do that?
Get in touch with us on [email protected], we will arrange a pick up of the product however the charges of pickup and delivery are to be borne by the customer and not Pavan Computers.

Aramex courier are our logistics partners. With their local and international experience, you are assured professional handling and delivery of products.
Do we get an order tracking number?
Yes, you will get email with the tracking number and link to follow the same upon order confirmation.
